The check-in process was confusing, particularly when arriving late with no clear instructions!!! Room temperature control was lacking, making it uncomfortable for guests!!! Consider optimizing the layout to improve convenience!!!

Good place with free Wi-Fi, comfortable flat-screen TVs, and helpful luggage storage. I still remember how the staff helped me find my lost ID card on my first stay. A wonderful experience every time! I’m coming back for a city break.

The breakfast was surprisingly good, really enjoyed that fresh fruit salad! also, I appreciated the parking availability, made everything easier for us.
